SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Watertown, New York, hereafter known as the City, is seeking sealed bids from qualified bidders to provide unarmed security services at the Flower Memorial Library in Watertown, New York. The successful bidder will be responsible to provide protection for library staff, patrons and materials and to assist in the enforcement of library and security policies and procedures. The contract award will be from date of award through June 30, 2014. The contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for three (3) additional one (1) year periods upon written consent of both parties.
