LEGAL NOTICE  The City of Watertown, NY is seeking SEALED bids for the Phase 2 Rehabilitation of the Impoundment Dam as per City specifications. All bids must be submitted to the City Purchasing Office, Suite 205, City Hall, 245 Washington St., Watertown, NY no later than Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., local time, at which time all bids received will be publicly opened and read.  All bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes plainly marked:  “Bid 2014-02 – Phase 2 Rehabilitation of the Impoundment Dam”  For further information contact the City Purchasing Department at the above address or call (315) 785-7749 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4 P.M. EDST.  All bidders are responsible for timely submittal of their bids.  No late bids will be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
