SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Watertown, New York, hereafter known as the City, is seeking sealed bids from qualified bidders for the refurbishment of one 2000 E-One American Eagle Pumper Truck as per attached detailed specifications for use by the City’s Fire Department. It shall be the intent of these specifications to cover the refurnishing and delivery of a complete apparatus equipped as herein after specified.
