SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to secure effective and efficient management of the District's physical facilities and collaborative management of those facilities with District Administration, building administrators, the City of New Rochelle, and other outside agencies. The New Rochelle City School District (the ''District" or the ''Board of Education") is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive Facilities Management Services in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements stated herein and on documents attached to the RFP. For the benefit of Proposers, a CD-ROM showing the floor plans of all District facilities is included with this RFP.
