SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The Rockland County Solid Waste Management Authority is requesting Bids for residential Garbage and Recyclable Materials collection, transportation, and disposal services for the Village of Spring Valley, Rockland County, New York. These bids will be for the furnishing of all tools, equipment, materials and labor for Contract No. SV-3, collecting, transporting, and disposing residentially generated Garbage and Recyclable Materials as designated from the Village of Spring Valley. Work will be in accordance with this Request for Bids representing Contract Number SV-3, including the contract documents, plans, specifications, instructions to bidders, contract specifications, general provisions, etc. prepared by the Authority for said project.
