SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Rockland County Solid Waste Management Authority’s (“RCSWMA’s”) Recycling Program accepts commingled fiber (news, office paper, junk mail, cardboard, etc.) and commingled containers (plastic and glass bottles, aluminum and steel cans, etc.) from curbside, school, and office recycling programs, among other sources and processes these materials into marketable commodities. The Authority is requesting Bids for Curbside Containers for the recycling program. The Curbside Containers are an integral part of the Authority’s countywide recycling program. These containers shall be functional, weather and impact resistant, and of an aesthetically pleasing design.
