SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Proposal Option 1: Full Service. The Contractor will be fully responsible for the operation and maintenance for the Transfer Station, as well as making certain Facility improvements. this will include receipt, loading and hauling of solid waste to the contractor or the Authority provided designated disposal facilities. Proposal Option 2: Haul and Dispose Only. The contractor will be responsible to haul and dispose of solid waste to the contractor of Authority provided designated disposal facility.  The Transfer Station operation and maintenance will continue to be the Authority's responsibility.
