SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The RCSWMA intends to purchase up to six-hundred thousand (600,000), 30-gallon Biodegradable Paper Leaf Bags a year, for a two (2) year period. Prices are to remain firm for the period of two (2) years from date of Award of Bid. The RCSWMA will make every effort to place orders in whole truckload quantities.
