SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
District-wide building condition survey reports, five year capital facilities plan and architectural/engineering services. Awarded firm will provide all necessary field work that is required in the preparation of 2015 Building Condition Survey Reports, Five Year Capital Facilities Plan and the School Facility Report Card. Awarded firm will participate in preliminary meetings with the Peekskill City School District Administration and selected staff to obtain their input on the facilities’ condition. After finalization, awarded firm will meet with the Administration and the Board of Education to review the document and its intent. Reports, as mandated by the state, will be prepared and sent to New York State by awarded firm.
