SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The following is the minimum specifications for the replacement of the two pumps in each of the boiler room sump pits at Haviland Middle School and the main boiler room at F.D. Roosevelt High School. The original pits were manufactured by Federal Pump Company. The original design is for suspended pedestal sump pumps. The pit covers will need to be replaced to match the new pumps being installed. Please give us a price for the labor to install the units completely, including electrical hook ups. This work would be done at prevailing wage rates.
