SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Village of Millerton is soliciting quotes from qualified engineering firms to provide the following: Services shall include but not be limited to: 1. Preparation of design plans for the construction project described below. 2. Coordination of bidding services; 3. Construction administration including inspection, contractor coordination and processing of payment applications; and 4. Coordination with Village officials, Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development, and the NorthEast-Millerton Library. Construction project involves the removal of the existing main front doors and replace with handicapped accessible, metal, power assisted doors to the Library and Library Annex. Additionally, the project involves the replacement of the existing handicapped access ramp and install new hand railing. All aspects of project will meet ADA standards for handicapped accessibility.
